Processing and delivery

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Estimated standard transit is 3–7 business days where offered. Product-specific, custom, preorder, fraud-review, and peak-period timing may differ. Processing and carrier transit are separate.

Rates, tracking, and addresses

Available methods, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout. Free-shipping promotions apply only under displayed conditions. Provide a complete deliverable address and contact us immediately about corrections. Tracking is provided when available.

Delays and unavailable merchandise

If we cannot ship within the advertised period—or within 30 days when no period is stated—we will provide the notice, consent opportunity, cancellation option, and prompt refund required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Loss, damage, and international orders

Contact us promptly about loss, visible damage, or incorrect delivery and retain packaging. International delivery is available only when offered at checkout; customers are responsible for lawful importation and disclosed duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs charges.
