3.1 Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some product categories have extended or modified return windows as noted below.
3.2 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In the original packaging with all accessories and tags included
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods (food items, medicines)
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items marked as final sale
• Opened personal care or hygiene products
3.4 Return Process
Step 1: Email us at Info@mariummart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the item to our return address with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3.5 Refunds
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
3.6 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@mariummart.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3.7 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
